A former president of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Chief Joseph Dauda, SAN, has accused the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Mariam Mukhtar, of treating Nigerian judicial officers like kindergarten children .
Daudu, who is also the co-ordinator of Rule of Law and Development Foundation, spoke in Abuja at the weekend.

He told journalists that his organization would not hesitate to file a court action to stop the CJN from treating judges as kindergarten children if the trend continued.
He cited the issuance of query by the Chief Justice of Nigeria to heads of courts, justices of the Court of Appeal and State High Court justices because they were sighted at conferences which the CJN was herself attending.
