Sambo said this at the new Banquet Hall of the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja yesterday during a Christmas homage on Jonathan, led by the Minister of State for Federal Capital Territory, Olajumoke Akinjide.
The vice president said all Nigerians were happy and excited as the president had performed well in all sectors of the economy.
He called on all Nigerians to join him and others in praying to God to continue to give Jonathan good health “because your (the president’s) good health is the good health of Nigeria.”
He said there is no doubt that there is improvement in electricity supply in Nigeria giving Nigerians over 4,000 megawatts as against the 2,300 megawatts the administration inherited.
Earlier, Akinjide said her delegation paid the homage aimed at showing that Nigeria was a united country under Jonathan’s leadership.
