PDP WANTS TO NAIL ME - NYAKO

Governor Murtala Nyako of Adamawa State has alleged that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leadership scrutinized his records in the Navy where he rose to Chief of Naval Staff in their desperate attempt to nail him but found nothing incriminating against him.
He said the G-7 Governors may come up with a decisive position on their next line of action in their meeting in Sokoto this weekend, adding that his group remains committed to fighting for justice and fairness.

Addressing group of women organisations in Adamawa Government House yesterday just before leaving for Sokoto for the meeting, he said more PDP governors were expected to join their struggle soon after the Sokoto meeting.
“There are others who are also fed up with way things are being done in the party,” Nyako said, adding that his enemies who were desperate to get at him have been looking for excuses to frame him and his associates. He said his clean record in the Navy was a product of his commitment to service and desire to discharge his duties with utmost sincerity.
The governor also accused those he called Abuja politicians of hiring the services of a foreign consultant to help them perfect their planned imposition of candidates and rigging of 2015 elections.
