The Super Eagles have been promised a massive N10 million handsome reward for any goal scored against Argentina in their last Group F qualifying match Wednesday.
The Eagles with four points look good to move into the second round if they hold the Argentines to a draw. But, if the Stephen Keshi-led team beat Argentina, they would top their group with Argentina finishing second.
And to encourage the team to dig into their arsenal and score more goals, there are Nigerians here who are flashing credit cards and have promised to open their vaults to reward the Eagles.

JONATHAN SHOWERS EAGLES WITH NATIONAL AWARDS, LAND, CASH…TASKS KESHI ON WORLD CUP 2014
President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday night shocked members
of the Super Eagles with a cash reward of N5m each for the 23 players, and N10m
for coach Stephen Okechukwu Keshi while his assistants – Daniel Amokachi,
Sylvanus Okpala and Ike Shorunmu got N5m each, even as other officials of the
team got N2m each.
The President did not stop at that as he also rewarded them with a plot of land each in the Federal Capital, Abuja and crowned it with national awards of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) for Keshi; Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) for captain of the side Joseph Yobo; and the three assistant coaches, while the other players were awarded Member of the Order of the Niger (MON).

AFCON 2013: NIGERIA TROUNCE MALI, TO PLAY BURKINA FASO IN CUP FINAL
Nigeria qualified for the final of the
2013 Africa Cup of Nations after trouncing Mali 4-1 at Moses Mabhida Stadium on
Wednesday.
The Super Eagles will face Burkina
Faso, this Sunday at Soccer City stadium in Soweto.
Burkina Faso defeated Ghana in the
second semi-final through penalties, after regulation and extra time play ended
in 1-1 drawn.
Nigeria took the lead on 25 minutes
through a diving header inside the box by defender Elderson Echiejile off a low
cross by Victor Moses from the right.

PROSTITUTES PROMISE EAGLES FREE SEX… IF THEY WIN GOLD
Association of
Nigerian Prostitutes (ANP) has congratulated the Super Eagles of Nigeria for
moving on to the quarter finals stage of the Orange African Cup of Nations,
South Africa 2013, urging them to go for gold. ANP, in a statement issued
through its national secretary, Jessica Elvis, urged the national team to make
the country proud by moving on to the finals and returning with the trophy.

camp yesterday afternoon as news filtered in that the Egyptian referee who
awarded the dubious penalty against Nigeria to allow Zambia equalize
their second game of Group C may have been sent home by CAF.

GANG-UP AGAINST EAGLES: NFF FIRES PROTEST TO CAF
Livid with rage
over the questionable officiating against Nigeria at the on-going African Cup
of Nations, the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF has fired a protest letter to
the Confederation of African Football, CAF.
Technical Committee Chairman of the NFF, Barrister Chris Green
confirmed that they have protested to CAF to look into the questionable calls
by referees in the two matches so far played by Nigeria.
