Two months after the death of the creator of the Village Headmaster, Ambassador Segun Olusola, another cast of the popular television programme,
Albert Kosemani Olayemi a.k.a Gorimapa, has died.
This Post learnt Olayemi died on Friday at Eko Hospital after battling with a brief illness.
Alhaji Adebayo Salami, a.k.a. Oga Bello, a foundation member of the Awada Kerikeri group formed by the late Ojo Ladipo, which shot Albert Olayemi to limelight, confirmed his death to journalist today.
The late Gorimapa, in his 60s, starred with the late Ojo Ladipo a.k.a. Baba Mero’s group.
He became popular with the name Edokopolo.
He also featured in some home videos and soaps.
May his soul rest in peace.
