The quest by Prof. Charles Soludo to
become the candidate of The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), suffered a
major set back with the dismissal of the case he filed at Abuja High Court 30,
Jabi.
The Judge who presided over the
matter, where Soludo was praying to be included in the APGA primaries
taking place on Monday, Justice Peter , agreed with the submissions of
the lawyer to APGA, Barr Tochukwu Onwubufo(SAN), that order of
Certiorari by which Soludo came is only applicable in judiciary and quasi
judiciary matters and not in political matters. He also agreed that
matters on who become a candidate is internal affairs of political parties.
